If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@blueharmonycandles.com with an image and detailed description of the issue. Our team will review the information and reach out to assist you with an exchange or store credit as needed.

• Initial Burn: For best results, allow the candle to burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the container on the first use. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn.
• Trim Wick: Keep the wooden wick trimmed to 1/8 inch before each lighting to prevent soot and ensure a steady flame.
• Burn Time: Never burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating.
• Surface: Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface and ensure it is away from drafts, flammable materials, and out of reach of children and pets.
• Unattended Burning: Never leave the candle burning unattended. Always extinguish before leaving the room or going to bed.
• Extinguishing: To extinguish the candle, use a wick dipper or gently blow out the flame, ensuring the wick is centered and upright before relighting.
